The Jogak Lightshade is inspired by a traditional Korean patchworking technique, Jogakbo. Where small scraps of fabric are saved, and sewn togther to create Bojagi; commonly made into wrapping cloths or hanging screens. This lightshade is made from hand-loomed ramie, sewn with cotton thread onto recycled shade frames that feautre brass fittings, and woven hemp cords.
