Precinct Online has flat rate shipping NZD $10 or, for purchases $150 or over, free shipping

All rural deliveries are subject to an additional charge of NZD $4

International shipping details will be confirmed


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Precinct Online, please contact us immediately.

Exchanging product for change of mind purchases will require shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Proof of purchase is required in order to exchange the product.

Items purchased on sale are not able to be returned or exchanged.

If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If you have received faulty product we will replace the product. In the unfortunate instance a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will refund your money or offer you a store credit.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For tracking your return, we recommend that you take note of the return tracking number the carrier that you choose. This will assist you with any issues with your return.

Once your return package has been received by Precinct Company, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two to four weeks. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

To redeem promotion codes simply enter the code into the appropriate field during the billing section of the checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.


Once an order is placed on Precinct Online, changing or amending the order is at the discretion of Precinct Company.

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.
